Payment Policy:

a. Orders Under N5,000:
– Must be paid in full.
– Payment is non-refundable but can be transferred.

b. Orders Over N5,000:
– Require an 80% deposit to confirm the order.
– Final payments are due a day prior to delivery or pick-up/event date.
– If final payment is not received by the due date, the order will not be delivered or given to the client.

c. Booking Date Confirmation:
– To confirm the booking date, payment must be made within the stipulated time frame.
– Custom orders may be subject to renegotiation if payment is not received within the agreed time.

Rush Order Policy:

Custom cakes should be ordered a minimum of 2 weeks in advance.

– Orders within two weeks of the desired date are subject to a rush fee.

Cancellation Policy:

– Contact Harshabeecakes as soon as possible for cancellations.
– No refunds; credit on future invoices is the sole remedy.
– Credits are valid for 6 months from the original event date.

Pick Up/Delivery Policy:

– All cakes must be picked up by the client or a designated representative.
– Delivery available with an applicable fee.
– Representative assumes responsibility for the cake’s condition upon leaving Harshabeecakes.
– Late pick-ups may incur a 10% late fee or may be rescheduled to the next business day (10% late fee still applies).

Unclaimed Cakes:

– Cakes not claimed within 72 hours of the original pick-up date will be forfeited.
– No refunds will be provided.
